❓ How to use (tap if you’re new)
💚 Why I made this
As a person with diabetes, keeping track of my glucose and meals separately was hard. So I built this for my own use, and I share it for free with anyone facing the same struggle.
① One time only: connect the AI (connection code, about 3 min)
· Tap the button below to open the guide, step 1/3 → 2/3 → 3/3. If it feels hard, skip it: glucose and exercise logging work without a key.

② Food analysis
· Before eating, tap Snap before you eat! and take a clear photo of your food.
· A few seconds later you’ll see calories, carbs, glucose impact, a score and a tip.
· If the AI got a food wrong, tap ✏️ Fix foods right under the food names and change only the wrong items — it will recalculate.
· Rice and side dishes go to breakfast/lunch/dinner; fruit, bread and drinks are filed as Snack / dessert automatically.

③ Glucose log (only when you measure)
· Choose Fasting or After meal → enter the number → tap Save. No need to do anything on days you don’t measure. If you exercised, choose Morning, Afternoon or Evening in 🏃 Exercise log, enter the minutes and tap Save.

⏰ 2-hour meal alert
· When you snap breakfast, lunch or dinner, your phone gets an alert 2 hours later, even if the app is closed. Snacks and desserts get no alert.
· Check the alert line under Snap before you eat!. If you see 🔔 Allow notifications, tap it and choose “Allow”.
· Red text means notifications are blocked on your phone. Allow them in Chrome ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → Notifications.
· When it works you will see “Snap a meal and we will remind you 2 hours later”, and after a meal photo, “Next alert ○○:○○”. Tap ⏰ Meal alert on to turn it off.

④ Calories and nutrients are AI estimates
· Calories, carbs, protein and fat are estimated from the photo only. They are not weighed values.
· The AI ① recognizes the foods, ② guesses the portion from the dish size, and ③ calculates with typical nutrition data. So portion guesses and hard-to-see oil, dressing or sugar can make the numbers differ from reality.
· If you know the exact values, enter them yourself. Tap ✏️ Enter values on the card, fix the numbers and tap Save. For packaged food use the nutrition label; for home cooking, weigh and calculate.
· Cards you edited show “Entered by you”, and AI values show “AI estimate”. Today’s total uses your corrected values.

⑤ Good to know
· Saving is automatic. Today’s records stack up on screen; past days appear side by side in 📅 Daily log below — tap a day for details. Your 7-day average glucose is shown too.
· Records are saved twice on this phone automatically, so there’s nothing else to do. Only when moving to a new phone, open AI connection at the bottom and use “Save record file → load on the new phone”.
· Links opened inside apps like LINE or Facebook open in your browser automatically. Always use the same place (the browser or the home-screen icon) so your records stay together.
· AI analysis is an estimate and can be wrong. Use it for reference only and never to calculate insulin doses. Talk to your doctor about treatment.
· If you see “usage limit reached”, wait 1 minute and take the photo again. The app automatically retries with another free AI model. If the daily quota is used up, it works again after about midnight Pacific time.
· Add it to your home screen to use it like an app (Chrome menu ⋮ → Add to Home screen).

📱 Only when changing phones
Your records are saved twice on this phone automatically. Use the buttons below only when moving to a new phone.

💚 As a person with diabetes I found it hard to keep my records, so I made this app for myself. I share it for free with anyone facing the same struggle.

Records are saved on this phone automatically and can be viewed by date in 'Daily log' (last 120 days kept).
This is a logging tool and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. AI results can be wrong, so always check the numbers. Records are stored only on this phone.
